Our Return Policy

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify, products must be:

• Unopened, unused and unsprayed;

• In their original packaging, with any seals intact;

• Returned with proof of purchase.

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used perfumes—including 10ml travel bottles—cannot be returned simply because the scent does not suit your preference. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Only purchases made directly through goatfragrances.com are covered by this policy. For purchases through another retailer or marketplace, please contact that seller.

If returning an entire order, please include any complimentary samples or gifts received with it.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is broken, leaking, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with:

• Your name and order number;

• A description of the issue;

• Clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Keep the product and packaging while we review your report. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange or refund, and cover reasonable return-shipping costs where the issue is our responsibility.

The unopened-product requirement and change-of-mind exclusions do not apply to valid claims for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Items Excluded from Change-of-Mind Returns

The following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges:

• Opened, used or sprayed fragrances;

• Sale or clearance items;

• Personalised or custom-made products;

• Gift cards.

Pre-order cancellation requests should be emailed to us before dispatch. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the order’s fulfilment status and any conditions disclosed when you purchased.

Bottle and Packaging Variations

Bottle design may vary. Bottle shapes, caps and label appearance may differ between batches or from the illustrative artwork shown online.

A packaging variation disclosed before purchase is not, by itself, a product defect. You will receive the fragrance and volume selected. If either is incorrect, please contact us.

How to Request a Return

1. Email goatfragrances@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and relevant photographs.

2. Wait for our return instructions and the confirmed return address before sending anything back.

3. Pack approved returns securely to prevent leakage or breakage.

4. Use a tracked service that accepts perfume shipments, and email us the tracking number.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs. We recommend retaining proof of postage until the return is resolved.

For international returns, contact us first so we can provide instructions for the destination and any applicable shipping restrictions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, for the amount actually paid after discounts. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, delivery charges will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer-protection laws. The 14-day window applies to change-of-mind requests and does not replace any statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
