Fragrance performance, projection and longevity may vary depending on skin chemistry, climate, application method, storage and other individual factors. Descriptions of fragrance notes and performance are provided for general guidance and do not guarantee that every customer will experience a scent in the same way.

Products must be used according to their labels and intended purpose. Customers should stop using a product if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or restrict sales to particular persons, locations or jurisdictions where reasonably necessary.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Prices may change without notice, but price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Some fragrances cannot be shipped to certain countries or through certain delivery services because they may be classified as restricted or dangerous goods. We may cancel or modify an order if delivery is prohibited or unavailable.

9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return and Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws, including rights relating to defective products or products that do not conform to the sales contract.

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery and contact goatfragrances@gmail.com if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, vouchers and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including validity periods, minimum spending requirements, product exclusions and usage limits.
