Shipping Policy

At GOAT Fragrances, we want your order to arrive safely and your delivery experience to be clear from checkout to your doorstep.

Delivery Destinations

We offer delivery within Singapore. Malaysia delivery is available when offered at checkout.

Other international destinations are available only where shown at checkout and where courier services permit perfume shipments.

The free-delivery threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping charges.

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Malaysia Delivery

Available delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates depend on the dispatch location, destination and courier service. Please refer to the estimate shown at checkout or contact us before ordering if you need further information.

Order Processing

Order processing and delivery are separate stages. We prepare orders for dispatch as soon as possible after payment is confirmed.

Processing may take longer during launches, promotions, public holidays or periods of high demand. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Pre-Orders

Products marked pre-order are not available for immediate dispatch.

The product page will explain the expected launch or dispatch timing. A launch date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

If your order contains both available and pre-order products, please contact us before purchasing if you need the available items delivered separately. Separate shipments may incur additional delivery charges, which we will confirm with you first.

Couriers and Tracking

We use courier services appropriate for your destination and the products ordered.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address or contact details provided at checkout, where tracking is available.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you can receive delivery updates.

Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur because of public holidays, festive periods, courier disruptions, customs clearance, weather or high order volumes.

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, email goatfragrances@gmail.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the courier.

Delivery Address and Unsuccessful Delivery

Please check your delivery address, postal code and contact number before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal or unsuccessful delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment. We will explain any charges before arranging another shipment.

Damaged, Leaking or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival.

If an item arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete, contact goatfragrances@gmail.com promptly with:

• Your order number;

• A description of the issue;

• Clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label and affected items.

Keep the items and packaging while we investigate. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further details.

International Shipping Restrictions and Charges

Perfumes containing alcohol may be subject to courier restrictions. Availability depends on the destination and the service used.

For cross-border orders, import duties, taxes or customs-handling charges may apply. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are payable by the customer.

If we cannot fulfil an order because delivery is unavailable or restricted, we will contact you and arrange a refund for any cancelled items.

Store Pickup

Store pickup is available only when offered at checkout.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting. The collection address and instructions will be provided with your pickup confirmation.
